Middlemore have been retained by a private equity backed firm to appoint an experienced Reward Partner to define and implement a group-wide total reward strategy. This role will work with the HR Director to define and embed the Reward philosophy in a PE environment, balancing commercial rigour with fairness, clarity and scalability. The focus is on simplifying and streamlining reward structures to create consistency across the firm, while ensuring reward actively supports growth.
