HR Business Partner

Permanent

Reading or London - 3 days a week in office

£80,000 per annum + bonus

Middlemore have partnered with a national leading financial services firm to appoint a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. Our client is very much on a transformational journey and are seeking an experienced HR business partner to support their Marketing, Finance and Risk client group across the UK. Reporting into the Head of HR Business Partnering, you will support on all things change and transformation, both strategically and operationally.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with Leadership and work closely with senior management and Exco to understand business objectives, priorities, challenges. Aligning HR strategies and initiatives to help drive performance and growth.
  • Contribute to workforce planning by assessing current talent gaps, future needs, succession planning to ensure the business have key roles covered for future growth and successful goals.
  • Lead and manage organisational change including harmonisation, integration (M&A), culture, values and engagement.
  • Manage and support M&A, with support from centre of excellence.
  • Partner, guide, coach and nurture a commercial client group with BAU and HR change projects.

Our client is seeking a self-starter who is eager to learn, curious to ask questions and gain exposure for development. Experience will be required from financial services, law, legal or professional services industries.
