Interim Payroll Specialist (FTC contract until April/May 2026 – ideally 3/4 days a week) Hybrid | 1/2 days/week in London (Liverpool Street) Financial Services | Global Payroll | ADP & Workday £45,000 or equivalent day rate Middlemore is working with a leading financial services client to appoint an Interim Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations across multiple international locations (UK, Ireland, France, Australia) while the core team focuses on a systems upgrade. You\’ll be responsible for executing monthly payroll cycles for ~430 employees, managing inputs and validations via ADP Streamline, and supporting year-end processing and finance queries. What we\’re looking for: Payroll experience (2+ years), ideally across international geographies Familiarity with ADP and Workday a strong advantage Available to start by July for a smooth handover Comfortable working in a fully outsourced payroll model Open to flexible work options, including 4-day weeks This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a specialist role within a supportive, global team, with immediate impact and exposure to multinational payroll operations.
