Middlemore is working with a leading financial services client to appoint an Interim Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations across multiple international locations (UK, Ireland, France, Australia) while the core team focuses on a systems upgrade.
You will be responsible for executing monthly payroll cycles for ~430 employees, managing inputs and validations via ADP Streamline, and supporting year-end processing and finance queries.
What we’re looking for:
- Payroll experience (2+ years), ideally across international geographies
- Familiarity with ADP and Workday a strong advantage
- Available to start by mid-May for a smooth handover
- Comfortable working in a fully outsourced payroll model
- Open to flexible work options, including 4-day weeks
