Middlemore are currently working with True Potential LLP as they build out their People & Culture Team and we are looking for an ambitious and commercial HR Business Partner to join the team.

True Potential is an innovative & exciting business who provide financial advice, investment solutions, and technology-enabled wealth management services to over 500,000 clients. They combine regulated financial advice with proprietary technology to help clients achieve long-term financial goals.

Partnering with senior leaders across three distinct business areas, this role offers a rare breadth of exposure and the opportunity to influence people strategy across investment management, adviser services and operational functions.

The Opportunity

You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, helping them navigate organisational change, leadership development, talent planning and employee engagement challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with senior leadership teams to deliver business-focused people solutions
  • Supporting organisational effectiveness and change initiatives
  • Driving talent and succession planning activity
  • Building leadership capability and team effectiveness
  • Managing complex employee relations matters and people risk
  • Supporting recruitment, workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
  • Using people data and insight to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
  • Contributing to a high-performance, inclusive and engaging culture

About You

We are looking for a strong HR Business Partner with solid generalist foundations, excellent relationship-building skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.

You will bring:

  • Proven experience partnering business leaders to deliver people outcomes
  • Strong employee relations expertise and sound employment law knowledge
  • Experience supporting organisational change and transformation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • A commercial mindset and understanding of how people decisions impact business performance
