As the business continues its rapid growth, we're now seeking a high-performing Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and ambitious HR team to cover a maternity.
This is more than just a traditional business partnering role. You'll be embedded within a high-impact division supporting a largely Midlands & North West technical engineering workforce of around 1000 employees. Working closely with the HR Director, you’ll play a strategic role in shaping how HR drives business performance and cultural transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders across a broad spectrum of HR matters including TUPE, ER, performance management, and organisational design.
- Lead and support on change initiatives, helping the business adapt and thrive.
- Drive workforce planning, talent development, and engagement strategies to support long-term business objectives.
- Coach and develop line managers, enabling them to lead high-performing, engaged teams.
- Collaborate with leadership to create a progressive, high-performance culture aligned with business values.
What We’re Looking For
- Senior HR Advisor / junior HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced, large matrixed or operationally complex environment – ideally in FM, Technical Engineering, Retail sectors.
- Hands-on experience with TUPE and a confident approach to employee relations.
- A strong track record of supporting growth and change across diverse business units.
- A natural relationship builder with strong coaching and influencing skills.
