Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for engineering, research, and ecosystem development in blockchain, Web3, and crypto environments
- Develop and execute strategies for governance, protocol development, and decentralised adoption
- Represent the organization to the global blockchain, Web3, and crypto communities, as well as industry stakeholders
- Champion decentralisation, tokenomics, and community-led innovation
- Build strategic partnerships and drive engagement across the blockchain, Web3, and crypto landscape
- Oversee compliance with relevant crypto and blockchain regulations and best practices
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience as a software engineer or cryptographer, ideally within blockchain, Web3, or crypto projects.
