Early Careers Recruitment Manager to take ownership of a best-in-class Early Careers programme across multiple European locations.

Working closely with senior business leaders and HR, you'll shape how future investment professionals are identified, assessed, onboarded and developed, playing a critical role in building the next generation of talent for the organisation.

The Opportunity

You will lead the design and delivery of the Early Careers strategy across internships and graduate-level investment hiring.

This is a highly visible role with international scope, supporting hiring across several European offices while partnering directly with senior stakeholders throughout the investment business.

You'll have ownership of the full early careers lifecycle—from attraction and selection through to onboarding, development and continuous programme improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual Early Careers recruitment for internships and entry-level investment professionals across multiple European locations.
  • Develop innovative attraction strategies to engage exceptional early talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Build relationships with target universities and relevant networks.
  • Design and continuously improve assessment processes, interview frameworks and selection methodology.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and future hiring requirements.
  • Oversee onboarding and support the ongoing development of early careers hires.

We're interested in speaking with individuals who can demonstrate

  • Experience leading Early Careers or Graduate Recruitment within a corporate, financial services environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence senior leaders.
  • Excellent organisational and project management capability, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • A data-driven approach, using insight to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Experience with Workday or comparable recruitment technology would be advantageous, alongside an interest in using AI and technology to improve recruitment processes.
