The Opportunity
Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll act as a first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring employees and managers receive an efficient, professional and customer-focused service.
You will support the smooth delivery of HR processes and help to continuously improve the employee experience.
Key responsibilities will include
- Providing day-to-day HR administration across the full employee lifecycle.
- Coordinating onboarding activities, including contracts, offer letters, background screening and new starter documentation.
- Maintaining accurate employee records within the HRIS and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Processing employee changes, promotions and leavers.
- Supporting HR systems, resolving first-line queries and escalating where appropriate.
- Responding to employee and manager queries, providing guidance on HR processes and policies.
- Supporting HR reporting, data audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assisting with wider HR projects as the function continues to evolve.
