Head of Employee Relations for a highly successful and ambitious international Financial Services organisation.

This is a rare opportunity to lead the employee relations agenda within a fast-paced, high-performance business where HR is expected to operate as a genuine strategic partner.

Working closely with senior leaders and HR Business Partners, you will become the trusted expert for complex, sensitive and business-critical employee relations matters, providing pragmatic advice and commercially balanced solutions.

You will focus on the organisation's most complex and high-risk cases, partnering with senior stakeholders to navigate challenging situations while balancing legal risk, commercial outcomes and employee experience.

Alongside case management, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of employee relations across the organisation through policy development, manager coaching, leadership capability and continuous improvement initiatives.
