Middlemore are exclusively partnering with a leading infrastructure organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to support two of the UK's most significant power transmission projects in the North of Scotland. This role is based across Fort Augustus and Elgin with travel between sites and smart working flexibility.
You will lead the delivery of a comprehensive People Plan, driving organisational effectiveness, talent and succession planning, employee engagement, change management.
