Interim HR Business Partner – Technology (12‑month FTC)
£85–90K base + 10–20 % completion bonus • London EC2 / Hybrid
Middlemore has been retained by a global financial‑services firm to secure an Interim HR Business Partner to cover maternity leave and lead the people agenda for a large Technology community spanning the UK (London), India, Africa and mainland Europe.
What you’ll tackle
- Embed a high‑performance culture from onboarding through to exit – coaching leaders toward self‑sufficiency.
- Partner with Tech executives on workforce planning, reward insight and agile talent moves.
- Handle complex ER overflow from a lean central ER team – litigation‑level cases included.
- Bring fresh ideas – then adapt when the answer is “not always yes.”
- Stay connected to our hubs – occasional travel to the region (1- 2 trips per year).
You’ll fit if you
- Are a proven HR generalist in banking, fintech or other fast‑paced financial‑services settings.
- Can influence, challenge and build genuine relationships across geographies and personalities.
- Stay hands‑on and ego‑free in a flat, collaborative culture.
Start: early July 2025 (we’ll honour up to a 3‑month notice).
