We’re partnering with a privately owned, PE-backed Data Analytics & Infrastructure organisation that is seeking a People Business Partner to join its growing People team.

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment? This role offers the opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering the People strategy.

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you’ll translate commercial objectives into effective people plans that drive organisational performance. You’ll take the lead on organisational design, complex change initiatives, talent development, and employee relations - while also managing a People Advisor and contributing to a high-performing, strategically minded People function.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with business leaders to develop strategic people plans aligned to commercial priorities
  • Lead organisational design, restructures, and integration activities
  • Drive workforce planning and ensure the right talent is in the right place
  • Support and coach managers to build a high-performance culture
  • Oversee complex ER matters and ensure consistent, pragmatic HR practice
  • Lead strategic people projects such as career pathways, talent frameworks, and succession planning
  • Develop and coach a People Advisor while collaborating across the wider People team

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven HRBP/People Partner experience in a dynamic, commercial environment
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to turn strategy into action
  • Experience leading organisational change and complex ER casework
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice
  • Confident stakeholder management at senior levels, including C-suite
  • CIPD qualification
  • Bonus: Experience in high-growth, PE-backed, engineering or technical environments, plus exposure to post-acquisition integration/TUPE.
