HRIS Implementation Manager – HiBob (Contract, Immediate Start)

Daily Rate: £500-650 per day

Duration: Approx. 6 months

Our international financial services client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Implementation Manager to lead the implementation, configuration, and rollout of the HiBob HR platform across the UK and international locations, including the US. This is a contract role, offering up to £650 per day, with an expected duration of approximately 6 months. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the transition from the legacy SAGE People system to HiBob, working closely with external consultants and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the End-to-End Implementation of HiBob: Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and configuration to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Ensure the system is tailored to meet the needs of both UK and international teams.
  • Collaborate with External HiBob Consultants: Act as the primary point of contact for external consultants, ensuring alignment on project timelines, deliverables, and best practices for system setup and optimization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with HR, IT, and leadership teams across multiple countries to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure smooth adoption of the new system. Build strong relationships to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage Data Migration from SAGE People: Oversee the migration of data from the legacy SAGE People system to HiBob, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with local regulations in various jurisdictions.
  • Develop Training and Support Plans: Create comprehensive training materials and deliver workshops or sessions to empower end-users with confidence in using HiBob effectively. Provide ongoing support during the rollout phase.

Requirements

  • Proven HRIS Implementation Experience: Demonstrated success in implementing HR systems (HiBob experience required) within international organizations.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines across multiple geographies while maintaining attention to detail.
  • International Experience: Familiarity with HR processes and compliance requirements across regions such as the UK, US, and other global markets.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels of an organization and translating technical concepts into clear business language.
  • Immediate Availability: Candidates must be available to start immediately or at very short notice.
