The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

The HR MI Analyst will be responsible for the management of the HR System, the people data and the delivery of accurate and comprehensive reporting and insights to the HR team and wider organisation. This will involve gathering, organising, and analysing data from various sources using a range of tools and presenting the outputs in clear meaningful reports and dashboards. The aim is to develop an HR environment with high quality MI to support business strategies, with better and faster decisions informed by data. You will be the go-to person for HR data requests and where necessary you will present the data and insights to HR representatives, managers and leaders. Within the next 12 months the organisation also going to embark on a HiBob Implementation, this brand-new position will require working as part of the wider HR Ops team to support and evolve HiBob.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on MI reporting requirements for the organisation, working closely with HR Operations and the HRBP team.
  • Adept in utilising a HRIS (HiBob would be great but not a prerequisite), and be comfortable in developing capabilities in this area as the new system is implemented and adopted.
  • Ensure that the HRIS MI and reporting functionality is fully utilised e.g., dashboard maintenance, reporting & analysis of all HR systems.
  • Draw insights from the data, make recommendations and communicate these insights to the HR Business Partners to support decisions within their business areas.
  • Develop an HR environment with high quality MI to support business strategies, with better and faster decisions informed by data.
  • Design and develop HRMI reports and dashboards within the system – PowerBi experience would be ideal but not a prerequisite.
  • Provide data and analysis to support regular and ad hoc key HR analytics as required, including talent priorities, business reviews, turnover/retention, headcount reporting, engagement, sickness absence and regulatory documents (e.g. Gender Pay Gap Reporting).
  • Generate reports to support the DE&I strategy and action plan, including any benchmarking exercises.

Background:

  • Financial services experience would be ideal but we remain open minded for outstanding candidates.
  • Will need a positive, assertive and proactive attitude – willing to be proactive and give the discretionary effort needed to develop and move things forward.
  • Technically proficient at managing and interpreting data, working closely with HR Operations and HRBP colleagues.
  • Adept at trend analysis, creating reports and working with HRBPs to share insights to influence appropriate HR interventions.
  • 3 – 5 years of relevant experience working in HRMI / People Analytics with an interest and understanding of how to utilise the HRIS.
  • Power Bi experience would be highly advantageous but not a prerequisite.
  • Strong communicator, able to convert data into storytelling.
