We are exclusively partnering with a global services and outsourcing provider with key operations and major accounts based in central London and across the UK. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a large, predominantly London-based technical engineering population of approximately 900 employees. Due to the success and rapid growth of the business unit, we are looking to add another high-performing HR Business Partner to work closely with the HR Director.

As an HR Business Partner, this is a full generalist role, but with a focus beyond just partnering with the business. You will serve as an internal consultant, providing expert advice and support on TUPE, restructures, recruitment, employee relations (ER), change management, performance, and broader HR processes. Your goal will always be to empower stakeholders and help drive the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on a variety of HR issues, from TUPE to performance management
  • Support change management initiatives and drive the evolution of people-related processes and practices
  • Assist with restructuring and organisational development strategies
  • Coach and upskill management, enabling them to lead and develop their teams effectively
  • Foster strong relationships with key client groups to drive a high-performance culture
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, complex, and commercial environment
  • Experience with TUPE (ideally) and strong employee relations skills
  • A track record of supporting diverse client groups, ideally within industries that have experienced significant growth and complex change
  • Experience in retail, facilities management, or other fast-paced sectors is preferred
  • The ability to upskill, coach, and advise management teams effectively
