The Opportunity:
HR AI & Automation Specialist
This is an opportunity for someone with a solid grounding in HR who has developed a genuine reputation for being AI-literate, curious and excited about what’s possible and eager to propel things forward.
- A key focus on HR transformation, understanding how the HR team operates, including identifying opportunities to simplify processes, remove obstacles and build smarter ways of working.
- Using Microsoft Copilot Studio, you’ll design, build and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents that can be relied upon across the organisation, not just in HR.
- Work alongside Technology and AI Governance teams to test, develop and safely implement agents at enterprise scale.
You’ll bring:
- A strong foundation of experience in HR — whether generalist, reward, recruitment or another HR discipline.
- Hands‑on experience building enterprise AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio
- A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technology
- A curiosity about how processes and ways of working can be fundamentally improved
- The confidence to contribute to conversations beyond your immediate area of expertise
- Evidence that you’ve progressed from experimenting with AI to building real solutions others can use
