Middlemore are working exclusively with a leading utilities firm, who are West of London to help them appoint a PMO Lead for Data & Insights in this newly created role. Our client is going through significant regulatory reform, and have recently created a number of new roles within the PMO Leadership team.
Some responsibilities and accountabilities will include:
- To setup, establish and lead the Reporting and Insights capabilities to measure performance to date, and forecasting future performance.
- Develop, setup and implement the standard performance measurement cycle.
- Develop, setup and implement reporting and insights framework.
- Lead, develop and optimise production of specific regulatory reporting.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of approximately 5 FTE ensuring PMOs produce the right data at the right time.
The ideal candidate:
- APM, PRINCE or other relevant qualifications.
- Experience of P3M.
- Data Management framework implementation experience.
- Data analysis and insights frameworks experience.
- Power BI - or equivalent reporting tool experience.
