This is a fantastic opportunity to join an International Financial Services business, to lead them through a period of significant change and transformation. The organisation is backed by private equity and has ambitious growth plans.
The Group People Director will report to the Group CPO and will lead a team of People Directors across the UK and Europe, ensuring alignment with the global people strategy. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, driving HR transformation through the implementation of a new target operating model and re-shaping the role of HR Business Partners.
Suitable candidates will have a track record of successfully leading and developing HR Business Partnering teams in large, complex organisations with proven experience of driving change. You will have previous M&A experience and will ideally have previous experience working in a FS or PS environment.
You will be comfortable deputising for the Group CPO where necessary and will have strong influencing and communication skills, as well as effective leadership skills to lead and support teams through significant change.
