A leading international investment firm is seeking an experienced Early Careers Recruitment Manager to join its HR team on a 16-month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role focused on shaping and delivering an exceptional early careers strategy across multiple European locations, with responsibility for attracting, recruiting, onboarding and developing top-tier investment talent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment for interns and entry-level investment professionals
- Building and strengthening university and student network partnerships
- Designing and evolving innovative early careers programmes
- Managing assessment and interview processes across regions
- Supporting onboarding, rotations and development initiatives
The successful candidate will bring:
- Strong experience in early careers recruitment or talent acquisition within an investment banking, private equity or professional services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with exceptional organisational and project management capability
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
