We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join a global fintech company on a confidential basis as part of an important talent acquisition transition. You will be key to building and sustaining effective hiring processes for junior to mid-level roles, working directly with business stakeholders. This is an opportunity to shape talent acquisition and bring a fresh perspective during a period of change. This environment demands proactivity, as it will focus on high volume direct sourcing across the fintech or broader financial services space.
Position: Recruiter (in-house background)
Contract: Initial day rate contract (~6 months), with strong potential to convert to permanent
Start Date: January
Hybrid - 3 days in Central London
Candidate Profile:
- Recruitment experience, ideally gained in-house within fintech or financial services
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing in a high volume environment
- Comfort conversing with stakeholders at all levels and handling queries professionally
- Experience in similar global business environments is advantageous
