I'm delighted to be partnering exclusively with a high-growth, international organisation to appoint a VP HR Operations & Technology. This is a newly created executive leadership role offering the opportunity to shape the future of HR across the UK and Europe while owning the global HR technology, operations and people analytics agenda.
Reporting to the SVP Global HR, you'll lead HR Business Partnering, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and HR Technology, driving operational excellence, digital transformation and a truly data-led people strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, modernising HR functions and partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver business growth.
We're looking to speak with HR Directors or VPs who bring experience of:
- SME HR Operations & Shared Services leadership
- HR Technology / HRIS transformation (Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors or similar)
- Strategic HR Business Partnering
- People Analytics & Workforce Planning
- Organisational Change & Transformation
- UK employment law, employee relations and European HR exposure
This is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact in a business that is investing heavily in its people, technology and future growth. If you'd like to find out more, please get in touch for a confidential conversation.
