Middlemore is offering a rare opportunity for an experienced consultant to join our Birmingham office and play a pivotal role in delivering high-level search mandates across the Human Resources discipline - from HR Business Partner roles through to C-suite appointments.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-achieving team that generates over £2.8 million in annual search mandates, giving you instant access to an established client base and an impressive portfolio of live assignments. The Role- Manage full executive search processes from brief to offer across the Human Resources discipline.
- Partner with clients to advise on search strategies and deliver efficient, insight-led solutions.
- Run multiple high-level assignments concurrently - balancing pace, precision, and professionalism.
- Identify and engage top-tier passive candidates through headhunting and strategic networking.
- Represent the Middlemore brand with authority, delivering an exceptional experience to both clients and candidates.
- Leverage close collaboration with our business development experts to maintain a strong pipeline of executive search opportunities.
- Deliver to clients across the UK, US, and Europe, primarily within the financial services market.
- Proven track record of billing success in executive search or commercial recruitment.
- Expertise in either Human Resources, Financial or Professional Services recruitment.
- Digitally confident and proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM systems.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple senior-level searches simultaneously.
- Strong commercial acumen, communication skills, and the confidence to influence at C-suite level.
- Relationship-led approach — driven by quality, trust, and long‑term partnership building.
