Middlemore have been retained by a private equity backed firm to appoint an experienced Reward Partner to define and implement a group-wide total reward strategy. This role will work with the HR Director to define and embed the Reward philosophy in a PE environment, balancing commercial rigour with fairness, clarity and scalability.
The focus is on simplifying and streamlining reward structures to create consistency across the firm, while ensuring reward actively supports growth. This is not a narrow technical role. It will suit someone who enjoys shaping reward strategy, partnering closely with senior stakeholders, and translating complexity into something that leaders and employees genuinely understand.
