HR Business Partner – Birmingham / Manchester (Hybrid) – 12-month FTC £45,000 – £50,000 + Car Allowance + bonus + comprehensive package

As the business continues its rapid growth, we're now seeking a high-performing Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and ambitious HR team to cover a maternity.

This is more than just a traditional business partnering role. Working closely with the HR Director, you’ll play a strategic role in shaping how HR drives business performance and cultural transformation.

  • High Visibility & Impact: Work in a business-critical unit, making a tangible difference in how people strategies shape performance.
  • A true generalist role with exposure to TUPE, ER, restructures, recruitment, and strategic change projects.
  • Growth & Challenge: Join a business in motion—scaling rapidly and investing in innovation and its people.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders across a broad spectrum of HR matters including TUPE, ER, performance management, and organisational design.
  • Lead and support on change initiatives, helping the business adapt and thrive.
  • Drive workforce planning, talent development, and engagement strategies to support long-term business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create a progressive, high-performance culture aligned with business values.

Senior HR Advisor / junior HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced, large matrixed or operationally complex environment – ideally in FM, Technical Engineering, Retail sectors.

Hands-on experience with TUPE and a confident approach to employee relations.

A strong track record of supporting growth and change across diverse business units.

A natural relationship builder with strong coaching and influencing skills.
