A leading Financial Services business is seeking a Senior International Benefits Manager / Partner to join on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential to extend or convert to a permanent role (subject to budget approval).

Role Overview

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced benefits specialist to take ownership of international benefits and global mobility across a growing, complex global footprint. With increasing scale and complexity across regions, this role has evolved from sitting within the HRBP remit to requiring dedicated leadership.
