Middlemore are exclusively partnering with a leading infrastructure organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to support two of the UK's most significant power transmission projects in the North of Scotland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a highly strategic HR role where you'll work as a trusted advisor to senior operational leaders, influencing business decisions and shaping the people agenda across large-scale, high-profile projects that are helping deliver the UK's energy future.
You'll lead the delivery of a comprehensive People Plan, driving organisational effectiveness, talent and succession planning, employee engagement, change management and complex employee relations.
You'll also coach senior stakeholders, lead project mobilisation activities, oversee a small HR team and collaborate with specialist HR functions to deliver best-in-class people solutions.
We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders within complex, fast-paced, matrix organisations.
Experience of organisational change, employee relations, coaching, workforce planning and working within a unionised environment will be highly advantageous.
The role is based across project offices in Fort Augustus and Elgin, so flexibility to travel between sites is essential, with occasional visits to the organisation's Scottish head office.
Smart working flexibility is also available.
