Middleby Outdoor is searching for an experienced Sales Account Manager. As a member of a dynamic sales team, you will oversee and manage designated accounts on a daily basis. Your primary focus is the execution of all European/UK business objectives as well as merchandising and training major accounts and key clients including Garden Centres, National Accounts and Independent retailers. This position reports to the UK Senior Sales Manager.
This is a varied role which is a combination of territory management, sales forecasting, merchandising and training. The role is autonomous, but you will be very much part of an inclusive dynamic sales team working to achieve budgeted targets. You will be expected to find new customers, find new sales channels, develop existing accounts and implement overall team objectives.
The role requires a dynamic, well-presented, and proactive Sales/Account Manager with strong commercial acumen and flair and strong negotiation skills. With full responsibility for your territory, you will be given the support, training and leadership to ensure great success and job satisfaction.
To be considered for this role, you must be a true Sales Account Manager with experience of territory management and a proven sales record. The ability to develop relationships at all levels is essential and this role is ideal for an individual who is flexible and wants to be part of a fun, fast-paced, fast-growing organisation. Experience in the Outdoor living industry would be a bonus but not a prerequisite. Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems, are required. A full clean UK driving license is also necessary.
