middle has partnered exclusively with a key client to hire a Lead EUC Engineer to drive the technical direction of a large-scale digital workplace environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with deep technical experience who enjoys shaping solutions, mentoring others, and making an enterprise-wide impact. You’ll be working across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms—delivering secure, scalable, and modern endpoint management.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as a senior technical lead across all things EUC
  • Designing and delivering secure, modern workplace solutions using Intune and M365 tools
  • Collaborating with InfoSec and Ops teams to align EUC with security best practices
  • Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their technical growth
  • Leading delivery of key EUC projects and resolving high-level technical challenges
  • Introducing new technologies that improve user experience and operational efficiency

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in EUC engineering or technical leadership
  • Strong hands-on expertise with:
  • Microsoft Intune
  • Windows 10/11
  • Defender for Endpoint
  • PowerShell scripting
  • Exposure to SCCM, VMware Horizon Cloud, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and influence across teams
