IAM Analyst
Up to £48,000 + 10% Bonus
Basingstoke, Hampshire (Hybrid, approx. 2.5 to 3 days in office per week)
middle is partnered exclusively with a leading global company to recruit an IAM Analyst – Service Delivery, joining their global Identity and Access Management (IAM) team within Technology Operations.
This is a pivotal role acting as the bridge between engineering, delivery, projects, and vendors, ensuring the effective global operation of IAM services. The function supports all identity-related activities across the business including access governance, privileged access, onboarding, audits, and compliance.
It is ideally suited to someone from an IT Service Delivery, Project Management, or Technical Delivery background who wants to take ownership of day-to-day IAM service operations in a large, complex environment. It would also suit a technically minded engineer looking to move into a more service-focused, coordination-driven role.
The Role
You will coordinate and manage the global IAM service, working closely with engineering teams, programme managers, and external vendors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main liaison between technical teams, projects, and service delivery functions
- Managing and monitoring global IAM operations, ensuring incidents, changes, and requests are handled efficiently
- Overseeing vendor delivery performance and ensuring SLAs are met
- Supporting project delivery by coordinating IAM activities across different workstreams
- Collating documentation and evidence for audits and compliance
- Driving service improvements, automation, and process efficiency
- Ensuring alignment between day-to-day service delivery and longer-term IAM strategy
You will join a collaborative IAM team that values communication, transparency, and continuous improvement, with direct exposure to the company’s wider global technology leadership.
Ideal Skills and Background
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and service delivery
- Background in IT Project Management, Service Delivery Management, or Technical Operations
- Experience coordinating vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), or other IAM platforms
- Experience working within global or enterprise-scale technology environments
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and a proactive approach to service improvement and problem-solving
