Middle is partnered exclusively with an IT Managed Services Provider (MSP/IT Consultancy) based in Worthing to onboard a 1st Line IT Support Engineer. This is a great move for a Service Desk/IT Support Engineer who is looking for the right environment to grow and develop their skills. This MSP offers every Engineer a clear progression plan, exciting project work, and a great team culture. In time you will receive your own training platform account, fully paid for by the business to help you develop and take whichever courses you find relevant.

The Role:

  • You will be joining a close-knit team of Engineers to offer 1st/2nd line duties within their managed services team.
  • Support circa 3,500 end user clients with their day-to-day IT support, whilst gaining access to projects such as site relocation, server installs and upgrades, implementing backup solutions, and much more.

Ideal Skills:

  • Proficient experience within Windows environments.
  • O365, SharePoint, Exchange and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Directory) experience (user admin and GPO level ideally).
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues within a fast-paced environment.
  • Hardware knowledge and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of networking principles and protocols: Routers, Switches, connectivity, VLAN.
  • A minimum of 1-year experience on a Service Desk/IT Support.
