METS Laboratories is hiring an experienced Senior Microbiologist – Team Lead to independently manage and handle laboratory operations.
Industry: Commercial Laboratory / Testing Laboratory
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Testing Laboratories
- Ability to handle and manage the laboratory independently
- Strong knowledge of Microbiology testing procedures and laboratory operations
- Good understanding of ISO Standards, particularly ISO/IEC 17025
- Experience working with NABL and/or UKAS accredited laboratories
- Knowledge of laboratory quality systems, documentation, and compliance
- Ability to lead and coordinate laboratory staff
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in maintaining laboratory quality and operational standards
