Required Qualifications Skills
- BSc MSc in Microbiology Biotechnology or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant microbiology laboratory experience
- Experience in a commercial testing laboratory is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and water microbiological testing
- Good understanding of ISO IEC 17025 and relevant microbiological testing standards
- Knowledge of method validation verification quality control and microbiological techniques
- Previous experience in team handling work allocation and technical report review
- Strong leadership communication problem-solving and organizational skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in a NABL- or UKAS-accredited laboratory, or a laboratory operating under equivalent accreditation requirements.
- Ability to independently manage laboratory operations and meet testing deadlines.
- Strong focus on technical accuracy, quality compliance, and team performance.
