We are recruiting Full-time and Flexible (Zero Hour contract) Care Workers for our Supported Living services across:

- North London (Hendon)
- Hertfordshire (St Albans, Hatfield, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Welwyn Garden City)
- Oxfordshire (Witney)
- Gloucestershire (Gloucester, Cheltenham)
- Bedfordshire (Luton)
As a Support Worker, you will be required to provide day-to-day support to vulnerable adults who have Learning Disabilities and/or mental health challenges, enabling them to live as independently as possible in our Supported Living services.
You will be responsible for safeguarding and supporting Service Users in our care according to their care plan, following the procedures in place to safeguard them. You will attend to any arising Service User queries, complaints, and challenges, including maintaining accurate, confidential and up-to-date documentation on all cases of safeguarding.
Other duties may include medication administration, personal care, meal preparation and feeding, cleaning and accompanying during visits in the community.
Hours of Supported Living work will be allocated on a shift basis, covering day shifts, sleep-ins and waking night shifts.
