Our client is a well established property and construction business with links across the UK. They cover a wide range of services to include land and property development, facilities and construction in both commercial and residential areas. They pride themselves in partnering with local businesses to provide regular and interesting projects for them to provide support to.
- Regular research on upcoming developments and land/properties for sale and recording leads.
- Working closely with third parties, in particular local councils, to ascertain land and property development requirements.
- Attending weekly meetings with 3rd parties to provide regular updates on project programmes.
- Regular liaison with the planning department and progress of planned and current planning applications.
- Negotiation of building surveys and building materials and placing of orders.
- Ad-hoc project work to include regular reporting on projects both pre and post completion.
- Developing relationships and working closely with Real Estate partners who assist the business in land development and sale, property management, valuation, building and lease consultancy.
- Office administration to include typing of reports, correspondence, contracts and all related document control.
- Project Management and co-ordination experience is essential in a construction related industry.
- High level of competence with Microsoft Office.
An excellent remuneration is available for the successful applicant plus a discretionary bonus.
