Role: Senior Supply Planner Location: Reigate, Surrey Salary: Β£40k-Β£50k, discretionary annual bonus, Hours 8am 5pm Office based Monday to Thursday, Friday WFH after probation Are you an experienced Supply Planner looking for your next step? We are recruiting for an ambitious and growing business within the food and FMCG sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supply Planner or Supply Chain professional who is ready to take on more responsibility and progress into a leadership role. The successful candidate will join the Supply Planning team with the opportunity to step up and lead the department within the next 12 months . The Role You will be responsible for ensuring the right products are available at the right time while managing stock levels and supply risks. You will work closely with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, Sales and Commercial teams to ensure customer demand is met and supply plans are delivered effectively. Key Responsibilities Manage supply plans and product availability. Monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages. Work closely with suppliers and Procurement to manage lead times and supply issues. Work with Sales and Commercial teams to understand customer demand and forecasts. Manage inventory levels and help reduce excess or slow-moving stock. Identify supply risks and find practical solutions. Analyse planning data and provide clear information to stakeholders. Work closely with Operations, Logistics and other departments. Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and ways of working. Take on increasing responsibility with the aim of leading the Supply Planning function.
