THE COMPANY: We are a company who have made exciting strides in recent years in regards to our prominence in the Foodservice bakery sector. Owned by a large, European, bakery group our product range consists of their products plus products sourced globally from various premium suppliers, enabling us to provide a fantastic and versatile product range to our clients. Our customer base spans across both convenience retail and foodservice and we have many National accounts amongst our client base. However, our independent business has always been of high importance to us and we prioritise high levels of service and distribution with our clients. Although we already have a strong footprint across Foodservice and retail to date, we are seeking to develop this further with the expansion of our sales team.
THE ROLE: This position involves full management of an account base of Foodservice and food to go retail customers over a designated territory. The client base consists predominantly of hospitality and convenience retail accounts including forecourts, convenience retail, instore bakery, coffee shops, restaurants and leisure. The role involves both account management and new business and you will be targeted on growth of your area achieved by success in both of these areas. Our bonus structure is designed to really reward candidates who go the extra mile to be successful in their area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who really enjoys field sales and would be passionate about selling quality food products into the retail and foodservice sectors.
