Senior Supply Planner – Food FMCG
Location - Reigate -Monday to Friday
Salary – upto £50,000 per annum, bonus, pension

Our client is a leading ambient food importer and distributer, and they are looking to recruit at Senior Supply Planner
If you enjoy turning data into decisions, building strong supplier relationships and keeping products moving, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact.
Joining the dynamic, energetic Procurement team, you'll own supply planning across a key product portfolio. You'll balance product availability, stock levels, cost and risk, working closely with colleagues across the business to turn commercial priorities into practical plans.
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you'll also help develop Supply Planners, lead improvements and bring clear recommendations to important business decisions.
What you'll do
- Own your portfolio. Turn forecasts, customer requirements and supplier lead times into effective purchasing and inventory plans.
- Stay ahead of disruption. Spot supply risks early, explore options and drive recovery plans when challenges arise.
- Build strong supplier partnerships. Lead operational reviews, challenge performance constructively and secure clear commitments.
- Make stock work smarter. Improve availability while reducing excess, ageing and slow-moving inventory.
- Bring change to life. Coordinate supply plans for launches, promotions, product changes and supplier transitions.
- Influence decisions. Provide analysis that supports sourcing, negotiations, tenders and inventory investment.
- Improve how they work. Strengthen reporting, planning processes and system use, while coaching colleagues and sharing your expertise.
What you'll bring
You're analytical, proactive and comfortable taking responsibility. You ask good questions, communicate clearly and stay focused when plans change.
