The Role: As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining coffee equipment across a broad portfolio of clients in the Home Counties/South of England area. You will work on planned maintenance as well as unexpected machine breakdowns and malfunctions. You will be expected to control stock levels of parts, ensuring all jobs are completed against KPIs.
The Person: Ideally, you would have worked in the coffee industry, particularly with table top machines. You will be representing the company at all times; personality and attitude are key to this role, as is professionalism and strong communication skills.
