Exciting opportunity to manage a Service Engineer team for a leading Fire and Safety company. We are a market leader in the field of fire and safety consultancy, installing and maintaining fire systems for all types of commercial industries and providing innovative solutions. Our services are cutting edge, ensuring the highest level of fire safety within our customers' organisations.

All of our customers are business clients across various sectors including education, industrial, leisure, hospitality, and healthcare. You will be responsible for visiting clients on a regular, diarised schedule to check and monitor their fire and safety systems. During these visits, you may identify areas of the systems that need fixing or updating, and you will liaise internally to support and manage these projects to completion.

Most of your weeks will focus on planned, scheduled visits, but you will occasionally be required to work on call-out and respond to emergency situations requiring a Fire Service Engineer. The role is paid door-to-door and offers strong overtime and career potential.

We are ideally seeking candidates with a proven track record of team management of Fire Service Engineers. Candidates must have a proven track record as a Fire Service Engineer, hands-on ability to understand and programme fire control panels, and experience working in a field-based environment.
