- Salary: £33,000 - £38,000 basic (DOE)
- London Weighting Allowance: £1,500 for candidates living in London

- Weekday overtime: £26 per hour (no limit on weekday overtime) Job OverviewAs a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our commercial coffee machines across a variety of customer sites, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, and retail locations. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and customer training to ensure our machines operate at peak performance. The PersonWe are looking for engineers with a strong technical background in electromechanical servicing, ideally within the coffee industry or as a field service engineer. Candidates with experience in related sectors will also be considered, including:
- Vending machines
- Commercial catering equipment
- Hot taps and plumbed water coolers
- White goods
- Warewashing equipmentThis role requires strong customer service skills, as you will interact with clients daily. You should also have a solid mechanical and electrical aptitude to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
