Our comprehensive range enables us to provide a one stop solution to cover all areas of our customers' requirements regarding bakery and food to go products. Due to sustained growth we are seeking to add further personnel to our dynamic, successful sales team throughout the UK to manage our key Convenience retail and forecourt channel. THE ROLE: This is a unique and exciting position that offers so much more than a traditional National Account Manager role. You will be fully responsible for strategy to develop sales within our convenience retail and forecourt sectors. The role is exciting and varied and includes full account management responsibility for our major customers in this area including the leading convenience retailers and major national forecourt chains. In addition to this, you will lead the strategy within the sector by developing effective internal relationships. This will include working closely with marketing and NPD to ensure that the product range is innovative, on point and mirrors current and future trends within the sector. You will also be responsible for ensuring that promotions and initiatives with your sector are implemented on a regional basis via the field sales teams. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a Convenience retail and forecourt specialist to make a significant impact within an established market leader.

THE APPLICANT: We are seeking to attract candidates who are passionate about food and hospitality and have experience at managing accounts at buyer level. Candidates must have a proven track record at managing Convenience retail and/or Forecourt accounts at head office level. Previous experience in bakery products to this sector will be of great interest. Candidates with experience of other product ranges sold into this sector of a food/drinks nature will also be considered. Candidates must be effective team workers, strategic thinkers and be able to develop excellent internal relationships. Candidates with a National Account led background will be considered although Man Management experience is preferred.
