The predicted salary is between 33750 - 41250 £ per year.

Basic £28,000 - £40,000 Basic DOE. Excellent monthly commission with great earning potential.

The Opportunity

We are an established niche business of 23 years, with a name that is trusted by many employers across the UK. We specialise in permanent recruitment covering job functions in Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Commercial departments. We liaise with senior managers and directors of established employers and often do so as their preferred recruitment partner! We are a small, yet highly experienced team, and we are proud to be good at what we do, but we also operate in a relaxed environment and have fun together.

The Position

We are looking to further expand our client service offering by adding to our commercial team. We are looking for an experienced commercial recruitment consultant who is familiar with perm roles in HR, Admin, Office & Warehouse, Finance etc. You will be one of those great all-rounders who can help clients when they need to fill roles urgently – across many different departments. This is a 360 role; you will be expected to develop your own clients BUT we will also give you access to roles with our established clients.

Salaries and Work Environment

Relaxed structure with autonomy. We have great software and IT infrastructure, along with national advertising agreements, and LinkedIn Recruiter licenses and tools that many other businesses struggle to offer their employees. Monthly commission at a competitive and attractive rate, good basic salaries depending on experience, a hybrid model of some office/some home working. We are looking for Consultants that are based within commutable distance to our office in Sutton Coldfield. We offer one day per week WFH rising to 2 days once settled and performing in the role. We would love to hear from consultants with experience of Sales Recruitment, Engineering Recruitment, Business Support Services Recruitment, Technology Recruitment – and we work across a multitude of sectors including Foodservice, Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Construction and FMCG to name but a few.
