Salary: Basic £40,000 - £55,000 DOE, plus bonus, plus benefits, travel covered.

Location: Travel in the south east, it is envisaged you will live in or around London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Suffolk, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Surrey and surrounding areas.

The Role: We are seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager with experience of working on projects that incorporate FOH or BOH fit outs in hospitality, restaurants or catering environments. Ideally bespoke and not off the shelf same projects from one customer to the next.

  • Managing a program of works
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Overseeing installations and building works
  • Handling variations to specification
  • Snagging lists
  • Overseeing budgets and final financial costings

This is a work from home and out on-site position.
