The Company
Our client is a well-established hospitality design and build specialist with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, award-winning restaurant, bar and leisure environments. Providing a full end-to-end service from concept and design through to fit-out and handover, they work with leading brands across the hotel, leisure and commercial sectors throughout the UK.
The Role
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Estimator Hospitality Design to join their commercial team. This role is critical in supporting hospitality design and fit-out projects by producing accurate, competitive and commercially sound cost estimates. You will work closely with project managers, designers, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure budgets are robust, value engineered where appropriate, and controlled throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for hospitality design and fit-out projects
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and client requirements
- Sourcing and negotiating pricing with suppliers and subcontractors
- Supporting value engineering and cost control initiatives
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure commercial and design alignment
The Person
You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and confident communication abilities. Experience in estimating within hospitality design, fit-out or construction environments is highly desirable, along with a good understanding of commercial interiors. You will also be:
