Exciting opportunity to manage a Service Engineer team for a leading Fire and Safety company. We are a market leader in the field of Fire and Safety consultancy. We install and maintain fire systems for all types of commercial industries and provide innovative and market-leading solutions in this area. Our services are cutting edge and provide our customers with the highest level of fire safety within their organisations.

All of our customers are business customers but span a wide range of different industry sectors including education, industrial, leisure, hospitality, and healthcare. You will be responsible for visiting the clients on a regular, diarised schedule to check and monitor their fire and safety systems. During these visits, you may find areas of the systems that need to be fixed or updated, and you will liaise internally to support with this and manage these projects to completion.

Most of your weeks will focus around planned, scheduled visits, but you will occasionally be required to work on “Call out” and respond to any emergency situations which require a Fire Service Engineer. The role is paid “Door to Door” and also offers strong overtime and career potential.

We are ideally seeking to speak to candidates with a proven track record of team management of Fire Service Engineers. Candidates must have a proven track record as a Fire Service Engineer. Candidates must have hands-on ability to understand and programme fire control panels. Candidates must have experience working in a field-based environment.
