Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Working Pattern: Flexible based on candidate. Open to two days a month on site.
Main purpose of the role:
To prepare accurate, commercially sound tender submissions and major project quotations, while providing technical support to customers, the Business Development Manager and the wider tendering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Major Project quotations based on customer enquiries, wherever possible adhering to specification and schematic.
- Completion of general arrangement drawings to support quotations.
- Working to (wherever possible) agreed quality objectives in terms of quotation response and prioritising wherever possible those enquiries with a high probability of success.
- Liaise with customers & Business Development Manager to ensure we correctly interpret their requirements.
- Provide support to the Business Development Manager in terms of quotation progress / requotes and/or customer visits.
- Utilise Pipedrive to record quotations, customer contact and feedback.
- When required, provide supporting commentary to the Business Development Manager highlighting anomalies, exclusions and also VE opportunities.
- Actively contribute to the Management Meetings.
