Salary: Basic £45,000 - £55,000 DOE, plus bonus, plus benefits, travel covered.

Location: Travel in the south east, it is envisaged you will live in or around London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Suffolk, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Surrey and surrounding areas.

The Employer: We are working with a rapidly expanding and award-winning provider of design services and catering and hospitality fit out projects. Working with premium foodservice and hospitality clients across the south of England with a heavy focus on London. Great time to join, good culture, good rewards.

The Role: We are seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager with experience of working on projects that incorporate FOH or BOH fit outs in hospitality, restaurants or catering environments. Ideally bespoke and not off the shelf “same” projects from one customer to the next. Standard duties include:

  • Managing a program of works
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Overseeing installations and building works
  • Handling variations to specification
  • Snagging lists
  • Overseeing budgets and final financial costings

This is a work from home and out on-site role with occasional visits to HQ in Hertfordshire.

The Desired Applicant: Ideally from a Project Manager background within hospitality but will also consider applications from Project Managers with experience in commercial office fit out, construction that might have incorporated kitchen or dining areas, any other building related Project Management background that has incorporated a food and beverage element.
