Job OverviewAs a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our commercial coffee machines across a variety of customer sites, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, and retail locations.In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and customer training to ensure our machines operate at peak performance.
The PersonWe are looking for engineers with a strong technical background in electromechanical servicing, ideally within the coffee industry or as a field service engineer. Candidates with experience in related sectors will also be considered, including:Vending machinesCommercial catering equipmentHot taps and plumbed water coolersWhite goodsWarewashing equipmentThis role requires strong customer service skills, as you will interact with clients daily.
