Field Calibration Engineer East & Central Midlands £45,000-£48,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Company Van + Excellent Benefits
Location: Candidates based across Birmingham, Coventry, Warwick, Leicester, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Cambridge, Peterborough and surrounding areas
Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Our client is a leading provider of calibration services, supporting customers across manufacturing and healthcare. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Field Calibration Engineer to join their expanding team. The Role
As a Field Calibration Engineer, you will carry out calibration of electrical and electronic test and measurement equipment at customer sites across the East & Central Midlands. Work is planned 46 weeks in advance, providing a structured and manageable schedule. The role includes site visits across manufacturing, laboratory, and healthcare environments, with occasional travel outside the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Calibrate electrical and electronic test and measurement equipment
- Produce accurate calibration certificates and complete service documentation
- Ensure all work meets required quality and compliance standards
- Support improvements to calibration methods and processes
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery
- Deliver a professional, customer-focused service
- Manage workload and maintain strong communication with customers
Candidate Requirements
- HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
- Background in calibration, instrumentation, or test equipment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- High attention to detail and methodical approach
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong organisation and time management
- Full UK driving licence
